A few clips from todays session with Becca We trained shoulders and back and then finished off with some HIIT. The video shows: ➡️ Double and single arm battle ropes ➡️ TRX squat jumps (my current favourite because you can jump so high!) ➡️ Kettlebell swings ➡️ Alternating step ups/jumps ➡️ Explosive jumping jacks We also did box jumps, ladder work, 100m sprints and mountain climbers. Try adding some of these moves into your workouts and let me know how you get on!
