A few complaints/concerns have come in. One is about not blowing grass clippings after people get done doing the yard. Please blow grass clippings back into the yard. Also make sure you are edging your yard as well. Second is parking on the side walks. There are many people that walk the neighborhood on regular basis and it is safety issue for them when they have enter the street to go around a vehicle or other things. Also please make sure all hedges,trees,shrubs, or plants are maintained so they do not block the side walk as well. Third speeding on Piney Church Rd and other roads in neighborhood. Please try to watch your speed in neighborhood. We do not want anyone to get hurt. Fourth is cutting your grass. It is growing season and yes we had a lot of rain. Please try to cut your grass as soon as you can. If you have neighboring property that is not being maintained please forward your concern to Ariana so we can address the issue.
