A few days ago I came down with a headache,runny nose and began wheezing with chest congestion and my wife kept me supplied with chicken soup which helped me feel better but the congestion would not leave....I had her go to the drug store and buy some Alka Selzer Cold Plus night and day and using it along with eating chicken soup made me be able to function but the chest congestion would not leave and in fact it got even more severe..I again sent her to the drug store and buy some Mucinex Maxto break up the congestion....I lost focus of what I knew I should not do which was mix over the counter meds with prescribed elevated blood pressure meds and low and behold my congestion cleared up and in its place I came down with Vertigo and couldnt sit or stand without becoming dizzy along with a severe upset stomach with bouts of vomiting...I finally got myself together and quit taking blood pressure meds at a later time and took vertigo medication with an English muffin and I am now beginning to feel much better...All of us should focus on the situation at hand and pay closer attention and if we did things would be better for ourselves and everyone we come into contact with...This is another life lesson for me and I will do better in the future..I think we should Always stay focused on our goal and keep ourself headed in the right direction . It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle we can and will find a stronger sense of who we are, So when the days come that are filled with frustration and we have unexpected responsibilities,we must remember to believe in ourself and all we want our life to be, because the challenges and changes and how we deal with them will only help us to obtain the goals that ywe know are meant to come true for us.WE MUST FIND WAYS TO STAY FOCUSED BY FACING WHAT EVER COMES OUR WAY AND FINDING WAYS TO REMOVE OR GO AROUND THOSE BARRIERS THAT TRY TO HINDER OUR EFFORTS....
