A few general comments re vote rigging allegations..... There may or may not have been some anomalies around voting/polling stations/counts etc, and maybe enough to make some people question the legitimacy of the ballot. If so, they need to be investigated - whether by police or electoral commission. My own view, and the (private) view of some in the SNP is that IF there was any fraud (as opposed to human error) it will have been achieved through postal ballot system. This COULD have been fairly significant too, as it would have happened through the royal mail, and there were a lot of postal ballots applied for. I genuinely dont know if there was anything systematic, but the kind of evidence youd need is completed ballots being returned to sender (insufficient postage or similar - despite being pre-paid envelopes), people not getting postal ballots in time (which would explain alleged telephone voting), dumping or interception of postal ballots by Royal Mail staff, people not resident in Scotland managing to register and arranging legitimate delivery of their ballots.... you get the picture. This kind of fraud can and does go on in other places, its a question of whether it did here, to what extent and who might have been behind it. The SNP will not want to get publicly involved for the reasons given below, but they would certainly be concerned at any such evidence. To report any evidence or concerns directly, go to the Electoral Commission website, and do it fairly soon.
