A few months ago while researching information about fascia, I came upon a video of Gil Hedley giving his Fuzz Speech. My reaction at that time was that he is just another Youtube quack and I moved on. Fast forward to the first day of Dr. Ridgways clinic on Integrative Veterinary Medicine. At the end of a long day of lectures, Dr. Ridgway played for us the Fuzz Speech video, and said he is a fan of Gil Hedley. Every morning for the rest of the clinic, Dr. Ridgway would greet us with Did everyone get the fuzz out this morning? The Fuzz that Gil is referring to is (obviously) fascia and this video is a wonderful illustration of how fascia can become tight with lack of movement and over time can restrict muscles and joints.
