A few people have asked me about this Emson smoker. My first Review on the Emson Elecric smoker! Ive used it several times smoking chicken breast and salmon! I wanted to smoke a turkey leg but Albertsons only had fresh turkey wings cut in halves, the fatty part of the turkey wing so I smoked half of a turkey wing, spinach and 1/2 bake potato This smoker smokes meat very good, a good smokey taste, very tender and meat fall off the bone, meat cooked all the way through. This smoker is also a pressure cooker, hot and cold smoke and it browns food. All you put in here 1 -1/2 cup of water and I use hickory smoke wood chips. Very good for barbecuing indoors if its too hot or too cold to go outside.
