A few things learned this morning completing my longest race to date at the #perfect10miler: - Chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes are a perfect pre-race meal - A fitpro cannot keep herself from doing gait analysis and alignment assessments of other runners - Long runs are a perfect time to write mental blog posts (stay tuned - one coming soon) - Carry extra toilet paper. Always. - No better motivation like whispering to yourself KILL every time you pass someone (MaryAnn-youre right - it works!!!) AND BEST: - Theres *nothing* like taking on a challenge alongside a kickass group of women all doing it together! Go Team #bodyproject! Be proud!!!
