A few thoughts: 1. I want a puppy. I know the timing is wrong, but I want one... so there. I need a squishy little pibble face. 2. My grandfather used to call me Luna Llena when I was little and help me weave feathers into my hair... they were usually pigeon feathers but whatever. I thought they were beautiful. I dont know why that memory has been pulling at me lately but it has. Lots about him has, about his appreciation for the things I loved, for the simple little gifts nature gives us. 3. I still love you, so so so much. But I love me more now than I did then. My heart, my mind, my arms and my door will always be open to you. You will always be my favorite vagabond. The way I feel hasnt changed, its just about what I allow myself to focus, dwell, act or expend energy on. Right now, I choose me. 4. There is no reason I cannot be both grounded in reality and flitting about through the clouds. Reality just makes the dreaming stronger. The highest fliers only get that high because someone understands the very real and tangible science behind it. Knowledge doesnt take away the magic or the miracle. (Side note: youtu.be/_-agl0pOQfs ... Im still stunned.) 5. Sometimes one day at a time is still too damn much. Im going with one decision at a time for a while.
