A few weeks ago, IIE New Delhi announced that it would be managing the Verizon Innovative Learning Program (VILP) on behalf of the Verizon Foundation. Here is one of the 100 students IIE selected from five high schools in Chennai, India lighting a lamp as part of a traditional ceremony during the launch celebration.
