A few weeks back I posted a picture of a transformation, my transformation, to be exact. It was an eye opener to me to actually see where I had started and where I currently am with my health and fitness journey. I am far from perfect- which is impossible to achieve and Im ok with that. However, the past few months had been the first time-ever that I was excited and comfortable in my own skin. I had worked hard to get where I was and that was quite the challenge for me being I had never taken exercise and eating healthy seriously. I would dabble in it and then go back to my old ways. I was finally excited about something that I had done...for myself. I tend to put others needs before my own which often times ends in me scrambling to get my stuff done. Well over a year I made a promise to myself that I was going to put myself first for 30 minutes a day, thats it, 30 minutes. I figured I was deserving of that and needed it for my own sanity. :) That picture (the one of my after stomach) was taken in July, approximately 13 weeks ago........................................................................... Drumroll please..............I am happy to announce that my shape has changed once again, and I am so excited for it. The Lord has blessed us with another miracle and we will be adding to our family of four. The Stromme household will be a family of 5 in mid-April!!!!! We are overjoyed with this blessing and cant wait for April to be here. Thankfully, I love being pregnant and all that comes with it, so even though April is 6 months away, I will be patient and enjoy this miracle! If you have been wondering why I havent been posting crazy pictures of me running and working out, this is why. I have been taking it easy lately per Drs orders, but am ready to get back at it next week! We shared with Weston the great news and the first thing he said was Our house is going to be full of more girls now. :) Then Ryan reminded him that it could be a boy, we dont know yet. Weston then said Oh, I want a boy for sure! Lets have a boy!! So heres what we have been up to the past few weeks! God is good!
