A friend of mine has asked me to repost this petition to overturn a very unfair sentence they gave one of her family members..saying he was working without a contractors license when in fact he was working for someone who owned this so called contracting business...When he went in to give an estimate that is when He got arrested NOT the owner of the construction company...If this is the case...A fine..maybe some community service like helping Sandy victims rebuild some of their losses...BUT not 11 YEARS in jail??? This is unheard of...Please sign the petition letting them know this penalty DOES NOT fit the so called crime..Why dont they do this sting on all the ILLEGALS working for these construction companies...who are getting paid???
