A friend of mine posted this and I have to share. Kimberly Kay Foote said this so perfectly and the meaning of that tree means so much than gifts under it. Kimberly Kay Foote Thanksgiving happens to be my favorite holiday. Its the time of year when people who may not normally see the blessings of everyday life take and make time to be grateful. For those who strive to be thankful at all times, their appreciation is magnified. People of all walks of life tend to be a little kinder, smile more, and lend a hand to those less fortunate. An atmosphere of giving & loving is created in a moments time. An atmosphere, I feel, that meets with much approval from God. Christmas is a celebration of the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Personally, my tree is just a symbol for what Im most thankful for all.year.round.
