A friend of mine recently took in the Vegas Con. Her stories brought sooo many wonderous memories back to me that I just need to share. My incredible daughter would not be here if you, my dear Kate Mulgrew had not fought for my job in your wonderful subtle way back in 1995. You see, I wouldnt have met my husband in 1997 were I not working on Voyager. Thus between you making sure I stayed on STV and Jonathan Frakes pushing hubby and I together on Insurrection, (a few times quite literally in fact) you two pretty much are responsible for my daughter being here. I told you this once Jonathan, on the phone a week after her birth when you were sitting beside hubby on stage during Nemesis. I said, I havent slept in a week and its all your fault! :) Each and every time I look at my beautiful Angel I am grateful for the time I spent on STV and the TNG movies. Being even the smallest part of these shows was a fantastic thing, because my Star Trek baby is the Light of my life. I cherish the ten plus years I spent on those shows (and DS9) and I thank the amazing people who were then a part of my daily life. Time marched on, life continued post Star Trek: Voyager, and post Star Trek: The Next Generation and life is great.
