A friend referred me to Jermaine, the owner, as I needed to move from one three-bedroom house to another. On our first phone call, Jermaine worked within my schedule to set a date, talked to me about the kind and amount of furniture & appliances I needed to move, estimated the amount of hours and was upfront about all fees, which are unbelievable reasonable. He told me he’d call me the week of my move to confirm. Sure enough, Jermaine called like he said he would and we confirmed time and date once more. On the day of the move he called when he was on his way, and he arrived at my house exactly on time. He and his crew of two other guys could not have been more professional or efficient. They just dove right in, moving and packing up my stuff. They seemed to have a good system about how to load the truck, what furniture and appliances go where, etc. They never stopped – I never saw them stop for a break and they weren’t even going to stop for lunch. They worked so hard. I also noticed they were really “smart” packers. Jermaine has been in the moving business since he was a teenager, so he’s got the routine down and he’s obviously trained his guys. The whole move took only about an hour longer than estimated, which I was fine with. They re-put together the beds in the new house, re-hooked up my TV and stereo, even, and placed the furniture where I asked them to. They had me check the truck before they left and had me check around the new house to make sure everything was accounted for. These guys were on-time, honest, efficient and affordable. I swear I think I saved about $400 using them instead of a ‘famous’ name mover. I hope I don’t have to move anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Jermaine again. Lilo L. – Denver, CO
