A fun way to stick your toes into fearlessness is to use brewers yeast in making bread. I love to go to the home brew store and get different strains of yeast to see how theyll behave in bread. Each one lends different characteristics. For Nadines churchs first Communion service of the new year, I thought what better way to celebrate than with Champagne?!
