A funeral service to celebrate the life of Donald Marcus “Mark” Harris, 44, of Camden will be held Thursday, December, 11, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Emmanuel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Atkerson and Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made in Mark’s memory to Food for the Soul, 110 E. DeKalb Street, Camden, SC 29020. Mark, husband of Rita Jackson Harris, died Monday, December 8, 2014. He was born in Camden, the son of Joseph “Joe” Robert and Linda Croft Harris. Besides his wife, he is survived by 3 children, Justin Harris, Brandon Harris, Jenna Harris all of Camden; 2 step-children, Emily McManus (Josh) and Bonnie Lee both of Camden; a grandson, Charlie McManus; brothers, Mike Harris (Linda) and Chris Harris (Susan); sisters, Gayle Wilson (Earl) and Mindy Ross (David) and numerous nieces and nephews.
