A good Mom doesnt care if her shirt smells of soy formula(yuck), her shoulder gets drooled on snotted on or cried upon, and she is lacking sleep because someone needed attention throughout the night. She learns to change when the baby is sleeping, use whatever she can reach to wipe noses, take a nap when baby does, and use her skills as a human rocking chair to soothe a little ones middle of the night crying.... Its just what she does and part of who she is. Being a Mom is great and the reward for a job well done...well thats called being a Grandma.
