A great way to burn more calories and fat faster is interval training. Not only is it faster but it your pushing yourself harder and getting your heart rate up where it needs to be. Try doing 3 minutes slow and 1 minute as hard as you can; or just go by feel, once you catch your breathe go for that hard minute and really push yourself. Try this for 20-30 minutes. The shorter the rest time the more effective it will be.
