Found out recently my Grandfather, eight grandfathers back on my Grandma Bertha Cressler Deiberts side fought in the American Revolution.... a great grandfather on Dads side and one on Moms side were in the Civil War, Grandpa Frank Deibert was on the train headed to WWI when they received word the war was OVER! Uncle Kenny in WWII in the European Theater (Army Infantry, Indian Head Division),three first cousins, Don, Jerry, & Larry Oren, Army, a cousin Bob Cressler served us in Vietnam, and Tanner is in the Air Force serving as a missileer, also a cousin, Gina Cressler, Army nurse. Our freedom is precious, and we thank them for protecting it.
