A journey is easier when you travel together. Interdependence is certainly more valuable than independence. This success of MDS Exam is the result of three years of study whereby I have been accompanied and supported by many people. I would like to thank my family, my mummy, papa, dada & vahini. I attribute my presence in a post graduate institute to the struggle and sacrifice they have undergone. I would never have seen the light of this day. When the time has come to express my feelings towards my guide, Dr NAPHADE sir, your unending knowledge is commendable. Under your kind tutelage my study has touched the shore successfully. Words cannot express my gratitude towards you. I express my heartfelt thanks to Dr ADWANI sir, for his immense help, supervision, encouragement, invaluable guidance and constant support rendered to me. For me, and for my colleagues, you have been an excellent teacher and an enlightened intellectual. I would like to thank Dr. GONDHALEKAR madam, for her stringent evaluation and constructive criticism and valuable suggestions throughout the curriculum. I would like to thank Dr. RANJEET sir, for continuous and untiring upliftment towards my improvisation. I would like to thank Dr. NITIN sir & Dr VIVEK sir, for their time to time valuable suggestions and ever helping hand throughout. I would like to thank Dr AJMIRE & Dr SARIKA for their support and guidance during my first year. My special thanks to Dr. RADHA madam for the help and cooperation offered in the course of my study. It would be a great insincerity if I forget to mention my thankfulness towards Dr R.S.ARORA & Dr BAGADE sir. I am ever grateful to my post graduate colleagues Dr. VIJAY, Dr. JYOSTNA, Dr Amar, Dr Neha , Dr Mrudul, Dr Shagun and particularly among all Dr. ABDUL & Dr Ankur, who were always ready to help me in times of need.
