They have been operating successfully for 18 years, selling insurance and beauty products to pre-qualified, referral based leads. Salary: R30 000 per month MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric or equivalent (NQF4) Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Qualification in Computer Science; Software programming or design Microsoft Certification IT Technology Degree an advantage C# qualification VB.NET SQL ASP.NET Minimum of 5 years working experience within a similar role with similar duties and responsibilities is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of IT Staff Project management Meeting project deadlines within predetermined time frames Allocating tasks to relevant resources (IT staff) Providing meaningful and relevant feedback on status of projects to Excomm Development Construct quality web applications using .NET programming Utilise MS technology to develop, implement and design these applications to provide business solutions Integrate applications with other technologies Customisation of current applications in line with changing business needs Evaluation of performance of an application, testing and implementing software solutions To provide general management within the Information Technology Department This role requires the management of people; projects; processes and specific outputs required within this department. In addition to the “leading, delegating, monitoring and reporting”, this incumbent will be required to physically be able to complete Development work as well.
