A large complex of heavy rain producing thunderstorms will affect eastern Nebraska and western Iowa this morning....passing just north of the region. The best chances for rain today will be across far northern Missouri. Rain chances will be on the increase later tonight and especially on Friday. Thatll be our best shot at seeing widespread rainfall with western Missouri and eastern Kansas possibly getting around an inch of rain. Our lawns are keeping their fingers crossed.
