A letter from our President: Friends of FEVER, Our company is closing up on almost two years of being in business. I never once, in my wildest imaginations, would have thought that we would have grown into what we have become today. This company was started with a $400 lighting budget for my patrol car. I was finally getting a K-9 car that I thought I would be content with (not an Impala) for a while and decided to put a little extra money into it. Slowly, but surely; that $400 worth of chinese equipment was sold for American Made products. Being active law enforcement, the primary goal of starting this company was to get my co-workers and I cost effective equipment. It was never to get rich. I am most proud of the fact that this company has used all profits to grow or donate to fallen officer funds. Weve got a few excellent employees that have taken over various aspects of the business, but the mission remains the same. We will do what we can to provide you with the best service and pricing available. We have made our share of mistakes with horrible partnerships in the past. Dealer programs seem to be all the rage right now. Ive always been troubled by this. Ive had to leave facebook. Ive been troubled by all of the people claiming to be dealers, yet none are validated by the manufacturer. Additionally, most do not have valid business licenses with their state or are registered with the IRS. How does one know? I fully support the hard working public safety members who do installations on the side for a little extra money. But my dilemma has always been, Why should I give one public safety worker a discount and not the others?! One can argue, well one buys a bunch, the others do not. I understand that, but that means they paid more for all of the other equipment they bought. Why not give them a flat rate the entire time? I always thought coupon codes were less than an upfront tactic. If you can offer that price at certain times, you can offer it most of the time. If its something that is on sale from the manufacturer just tell the customer that. But if it is not, why not give it to the customer at that price at all times? Businessmen are going to crucify me for these beliefs. I realize most of us are in a business to make money and be profitable. If I can do that at low prices and not be as profitable or grow as quickly, but still provide a fair price then why shouldnt I? Quite frankly, I have to work with some of you on the streets. My siblings may also have to work with you on the streets. Id rather us all be safe. Thats my first priority. Business comes far behind that. Weve taken some of our reserves to purchase software that will allow for a membership pricing structure. Its taken quite a bit of work to put in place but the FEVER Elite Memberships are finally here. This membership goes hand and hand within our CORE beliefs to provide a rock bottom price so you can know what your price is at all times. No need to wait for a quote or a reply. If you want something priced at 1am on Christmas morning, simply log in and find the price. Essentially this makes it so you have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The membership fee is strictly a way to provide security for the program as there are always a core of people covertly trying to undermine the program because it means they wont be able to charge as much. Membership fees are being set aside for a special project for our members at a later date. That being said, you more than make up that membership fee on the first purchase. Im very thankful for this opportunity to provide excellent products at all time low prices. Above all, Im most thankful for the true public safety workers out there putting their lives on the line for the sheep of society.
