A life without crosses is no life of victory. The devil stood on a mountain with Jesus and offered him a cross-less life. Jesus knew there was no victory without a cross. Just as he did for Jesus the devil will offer you a cross-less life. Just know that the easy way out is usually not the right way out. In the end the easy way out often destroys. Endure the trials by holding fast to faith in Jesus that you may be refined. The words of Winston Churchill ring true Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory, there is no survival. Never stop believing that God is working it all out. Never stop believing that His love will, in the end, give you the victory. 1 Peter 1:6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 8 whom having not seen[a] you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.
