A little disappointed were not mediating as scheduled at Miles Mediation today with Glenn Lowenthal, but its good news because we resolved the case yesterday for a very deserving client. Shes a school bus driver who was driving students home from school when a bottled water truck caused a three vehicle collision involving the school bus. Having listened to the testimony, the most harrowing part of the incident was trying to keep the students calm. She did, despite being hurt. Almost three years later, she cannot bring herself to return to driving a school bless. Glad to get a good recovery for a kind, thoughtful woman. Thank you to Brian Wertheim for the referral!
