A little something I just shared with my Quest clients this morning. It applies to you too regardless of your fitness program or even your life. Consistency is key. Tough Trainer Love for Monday! Do you believe in your program? Do you trust that if you follow the plan weve laid out for you, its going to work? We have thousands of success stories but do you self sabotage and tell yourself you are the one exception? You arent.... This will work for you if you do the work. If you commit to your program and stop second guessing it. Today, decide that you are done committing half way. Get on board, do the work, change your life. Thats why you came to Quest so make it count. Its not going to happen overnight but if you are consistent you will be amazed at what 12 short weeks will do. The time will pass anyway, you might as well kick some butt! No excuses, No regrets!!
