A little something from a Motion for Declaratory Judgment that I am writing: Movant must also assume and assert that the rule of law is nothing more than lip service made to facilitate governmentally controlled scams and extortion rackets concocted by our public servants. An assertion that is highly feasible considering that the Texas Const., as well as the laws and statutes, are constantly ignored by all governmental departments and their agents to accommodate any and all governmental abuses and excess, especially those that result in violations of every protection we the People reserved to ourselves. This trend has progressed to such a degree that the political process is no longer about serving the needs and will of the People at all, but only the personal power and wealth of those that hold public office to further their own agenda and gain personal enrichment. Government is now the biggest worldwide Ponzi scheme in existence.
