A local St. Johns County insurance agency is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance CSR to add to its growing staff. The primary function of this position is to meet the overall insurance needs of the customers. The Personal Lines Insurance CSR must provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to insureds, producers and company personnel in order to maintain and grow personal lines book of business. Duties: *Service assigned book of personal lines accounts for new business, renewal reviews, endorsement requests and cancellations. *Process submission of applications for new business account. *Review/renew coverage for existing personal lines accounts. Re-market accounts when appropriate. *Handle telephone requests and correspondence for assigned accounts. *Maintain client activity in the agency automation system. *Cross-sell and account round existing book of business *Remain current on coverage, forms and rates to effectively address customers insurance needs. *Assume other job responsibilities as assigned Requirements: *Must have a 440 or 220 license *experience with light data entry *recent and stable work history.
