A lot of our volunteers and support seekers have found reiki to be helpful in coping with their cancer diagnosis. See below about free reiki classes. Bethany Springs Retreat Center in New Haven, Kentucky, is offering 10 free sessions of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by laying on hands. A warm and soothing energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client promoting relaxation and releasing tension.
