A lot of tattooists are really beginning to take the piss with how much they charge, A lot charging over £100ph and not having a set day session price, for work that isnt even that exceptional in my opinion. Artists charging $3000 dollars upwards for a day session, Some getting close to £1000 in the UK. Now I just seen a artist charging £384 for a seminar. Seriously? Tattooists seem to becoming a bunch of money grabbing cunts. Its not like we dont earn a good wage. All we do is create images on peoples skin. I love tattooing but cannot stand this industry that all these tattooists are desperate to become a part of, Too much ass kissing to get sponsorships also. Seeing way too many artists who are complete horse shit if Im being honest having numerous sponsors. Im relatively new to tattooing and its already doing my head in hence why I rarely do conventions. Youre a tattooist not a rockstar.
