A lot of you (including my clients) have been asking me how to meal prep, cook, & eat as part of your lifestyle change, so I decided to post a quick video showing a 3 day prep for this week. This prep consist of oatmeal & scrambled egg whites for breakfast, fresh veggie mix (cucumber, onion, tomatoes, & celery)& beef jerky for snacks, & citrus chicken, steamed broccoli & a cinnamon baked sweet potato for lunch. My schedule ·7AM- Protein Shake ·10AM-Oatmeal & Scrambled egg whites ·1PM-Citrus Chicken, Broccoli, Sweet Potato ·4PM-Mixed Veggies & Jerky ·7PM-Blackened Flounder w/pineapple pico, Brown Rice, Steamed Garlic Green Beans (not shown)
