A man is assisting with inquiries after shots were fired at an Arncliffe residence this morning (Wednesday 4 June 2014). About 4.40am emergency services were called to Bonar Street after reports of shots fired. On arriving police established a perimeter and began speaking to a man in the residence. He surrendered without incident a short time later and was arrested. The 18-year-old man is assisting with inquiries at St George Police Station. There were no reports of injury. Inquiries are into the incident are still continuing.
