A man was terribly overweight so his Doctor put him on a diet ,,, I want you to eat regularly for two days then skip a day , then eat regularly again for two days then skip a day and repeat this procedure for two weeks , and the next time I see you , you should of lost about 5 pounds When the man returned two weeks later the doctor was shocked for the man having lost nearly 60 pounds ,,,, Thats amazing said the doctor Did you follow my instructions ?? ,, The man nodded and said Yes ,,, but I tell you what though ,,,, I thought I was going to drop dead on the third day !!! ,,, You mean from the hunger asked ? asked the doctor ,,,,, Not at all said the man from all da f***ing skipping .... :)
