A massive 6pm class attacking the 30 second max effort #powerclean: STRENGTH Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets) of: 3 Position Clean (High Hang, Hang, Floor) WOD 1 Four sets for max reps of: Power Clean 60/43 kg Rest 90 seconds between sets WOD 2 CrossFit Games Open 14.2 As many reps in 3 mins as you can of: 2 rounds of: 10 Overhead Squats, 43/30 kgs 10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 12. If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 14. If the 2 rounds are completed in the 3 minutes, perform an additional 2 rounds in the next 3 minutes, but increase the reps to 16.
