A message I sent to the team, thought Id share with you... Accountability is key, set up a small group of like minded agents in your office and do the same..... We got about 35 Im Ins so this should be a fun 4 months! ITS SHOWTIME!! Team, as part of my goal to help increase our per person productivity I am going to do three specific things on top of what I have already been doing in terms of classes etc: 1. I will be leading the way, prospecting with you MTW In Corona From 9-11 and In RC from 9-10 on Thursdays ( one hour to prepare my thoughts for the meeting). If you ever catch me not prospecting during these hours.... Call me out, I owe you $100. To be paid the same day. ( unless Im on a recruiting or coaching appt which shouldnt be scheduled any mornings ) Lauren Rice Laura Rojas 2. I will look at every single one of your numbers analyzers and personally review and respond to your emails when you send them in. In Order to do this I will need to do it Friday afternoons so Please have them in By 12pm Friday if not I wont review as the weekends are for my family . 3. With your permission ... Every time I walk by you Im going to ask you to recite on of the following scripts : Just Listed/Just sold/Seller PreQual/Buyer PreQual and Listing presentation..... And If I see you playing around on FB or doing anything other than what your schedule calls for I will simply say.... get back to work. We will all be held accountable myself included. 4. I will be bringing my lunch to work with me everyday.... In a black bAg.... Ive got about 20 lbs of LARD to burn off..... Call me out if you dont see it. 5. I hired Mike Ferry as a coach .... Which Im nervous and excited about. I am committing to all of you to make this the most focused 4.5 months oft entire life..... And then We will all celebrate our victories at our Christmas Gall on the 18th, and Ill be taking the rest of the year off with my family skiing in some awesome place. Its not for everyone.... But if you want in say IM iN to give me permission to call hold you accountable and I you. Things are either going to get really amazing, really exciting and Life Very rewarding..... Or very uncomfortable.... Either one is fine. What isnt fine is this half ass crap most of us including myself have been doing..... We are all better than that. If you work your tail off M-F and become a great listing agent, starting in Jan youll never work another weekend again in your life. Im here for you.... And not too big to admit I kinda need you to be here for me as well.
