A message for all my friends & family Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you got everything you wanted & have the best day today. I know I did & more. A big thank you to Sarah Jane & Sue for my running jacket it is perfect, fits like a glove I love it! Thank you Lisa for all the gifts and especially for taking the time to help the kids make such lovely presents for us. Thank you to my wonderful wife and kids for such thoughtful presents, Sarah you did well this year I couldnt have asked for another thing. And thank you to anyone I havent mentioned who bought me a lovely gift or wished me a Merry Christmas. Everyone else GFY ;) lol On a serious note I want to say well done to all my clients during the run up to Christmas you have all nailed the past few weeks, I know how tough it has been not to loop back to old habits, enjoy today and if any of you count a single calorie youre sacked ;) Love you all. A huge shout out to all the members of Lift The Bar: Fitness Mentoring for being generally awesome and a huge thank you for the support this year from all the people within the group who have been a huge part of my life this year.
