A monster movie that has stood and will soon stand the test of time. A movie that has been the most memorable one to date since last summer of 2012. The best monster movie I have ever seen! Since the original Godzilla by Japanese writers Ishiru Honda Shigeru Kayama. The setting in this film is absolutely incredible, most films begin with the monster attacking the city this film takes presidence in the future, where society has grown complacent to the Kaiju and the ever growing grim and fear set within this world is very much present. Director of the Hellboy series, Guillermo del Torro, delivers great action, writing, and character development. The Kaiju counted on the humans to fail, but we created Jeagers to fight of the insurrection. Charlie Hunman plays an machsuit pilot who is destined by the UN to save humanity but in order to do so he must enlist in the help of Mako Mori, played by Rinko Kikuchi. Rinko by far was an amazing character to see grow through the plot of this show. The cinematography was amazing, little problems here and there but not enough to give this beast the rating it deserves. Better than Transformers right? 9.8/10
