If his mind is small and he looks big outward, he might not get anywhere advise him to think big and change his mentality. If his mind looks big and he looks small outward do not despise him, his destiny might be great. If his mind is clean and his outward appearance looks dirty, tell him to clean up himself because cleanness is next to godliness. If his mind is dirty and his outward appearance looks like that of an angel do not condemn him, lead him to Christ because his soul needs to be save. Hmm.... if the mind and the outward appearance of a man looks both small and unclean take him for deliverance.
