A new smoothie Recipe... the recipe is as follows... 1/2 cup cooked steel cut oats. 1 tablespoon ground flax seed juice of a lime 1 spoonful of protein powder (the spoon that comes with the powder) 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup of some fruit juice 1 container of applesauce 1 1/2 cup of crushed ice 1 tablespoon HEMP oil the steel cut oats you cook up for the entire week. takes a long time to cook them the lime is critical the hemp oil is super important. Put it all in a bender. Blend until smooth and creamy wait until you are really hungry to eat it....that is delay eating this as long as you can maybe towards 11 AM. . This will keep you from eating a real meal until dinner. It will metabolize slowly. Once you have the ingredients and the cooked oatmeal...it only takes 5 minutes to make
