A new start Well - after starting Herbalife in June 2013, I have not done much exersise. The only workout I do is when I go to work as a swimming teacher... and that is not much! I have been suffering migraines for a number of years (since having a hysterectomy in 2010) and so for days on end I can hardly function, never mind pop out for a run!!! Yesterday was one of those days! I was lying on the mattress in the lounge with cotton wool in my ears and a pillow over my head! My kids were playing computer games on the TV. I lay like this until just after lunch. I checked my facebook (in a dark room lol) and found Deb Trahern (from USA) was posting her usual inspirational Herbalife and spiritual quotes. I thought - This is it - Im going to send her a message! My brain was in fog, but I managed to exchange information with her and she gave me a programme to follow! All I can say is WOW!!! By last night my head was totally clear. When I got up this morning, I grabbed my sons ipod, downloaded Couch to 5K, dragged my kids to the park and did it!!! Got home, did some stretching, and found a great programme on Pinterest to do: 30 jumping jacks 5 push ups 25 high knees 10 crunches 7 squats 30 butt kicks 5 push ups 10 crunches 30 jumping jacks 1 minute wall sit 10 crunches REPEAT x 2 I know it does not look like much - but I did it and I feel amazing!! Watch this space!!!! Just know that wherever you are in life, you can do anything you put your mind to! And never, never, never give up! You can do it!! JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you up for it if I give you some giant changes to make? Save this so that you can help somebody too. This is a WHEY plan and here it is: Shopping list: Healthy Breakfast (includes shake mix, herbal concentrate tea, Aloe Concentrate, multivitamin), Personalized Protein Powder, Cell-u-loss, Set a timer for every 2-1/2 hours throughout the day. When it goes off, it is time to do something, whether it is shake, meal or PROTEIN snack. You will have your aloe first thing in the morning, followed by your tea, then your shake. Details below... Aloe Concentrate: take half a mouthful (your mouth fits your body), UNDILUTED. Do that 8 times a day for 2 days and make sure that 1 of those times is VERY first thing in the morning and VERY last thing at night. After those 2 days, then use it 2 to 4 times a day for maintenance. (different from the recommended use on the label) Warm tea first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up, before lunch and again in the middle of the afternoon, around 3:00. Make it like this: 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon in a cup of water. Make the shake with 250ml non fat or 2%, hormone free, milk (lactose free milk if you have milk issues), 125ml water, 2 scoops (which is the same as 4 level tablespoons) Formula 1 shake mix, 2 SCOOPS (again, same scooper as in formula 1) of Personalized Protein Powder. Blend that and pour it over ice and drink with a straw. Take the shake 2 times a day and eat one meal Take tablets (Cell u loss and Multivitamin), one of each, 3 times a day. One of each for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Take with shake or food. NOT on an empty stomach or with tea. You are free to add any tablet that you would like to. I would recommend to start with the basics and as you see that you need something else, add them back in one at a time so that you KNOW what they do and can tell that new story. You will have a PROTEIN snack in the mid morning and mid afternoon (a 3rd snack in the evening if you want to speed it up even more). Recommend Beverage Drink Mix as a snack. If you have more than 75# to lose, add a third shake during one of the snack times. Drink LOTS of water with nothing added to it throughout the day. Half of your body weight in ounces of water. Make certain that you do not go below 1200 calories for a woman, and 1500 calories for a man) Why in this order you ask? Aloe first paves the way for absorpbtion. Tea next to turn on your metabolism. Then shake and tabs to feed your body. Follow this exactly. You will be shocked too.
