A new tropical depression entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) early Monday, and was given the name “ZORAIDA”. As per the updates received from the Weather bureau, “ZORAIDA” was spotted 634 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph. It is forecasted to move West Northwest at 30 kph. “ZORAIDA”, is mostly following along the same path as Typhoon Yolanda , and it is expected to make landfall before noon on Tuesday. It is expected to be 400 km southeast of Hinatuan by Tuesday morning, November 12. It is forecasted to be in the vicinity of Tagbilaran City on Wednesday morning, November 13, and will be 170 km west of Coron, Palawan by Thursday morning, November 14.
