A parent asks our group: I am looking for guidance. My daughter turned 3 in april. Jan - feb she was totall potty trained, except at night. She did fine for a couple months then the accidents started coming more and more. She is spd with possibly high functioning autism. A coulple weeks ago they had become like every hour so i had her checked for a uti which was neg so it isnt that. She is to the point now it is anywhere from one to six or seven times a day. Very rarely do we go a whole day dry. If she knows she has a pull up on she wont even try to go to the bathroom she just pees in it. So, i am just wondering if other parents have gone through this and what has helped and been successful. She has no major medical conditions or developmental delays. She does have extremely sensitive skin that the peed pants irritates so i am also constantly dealing with painful rashes in her bottom. I have asked her why she does it and most of time she says i dont know or i wanted to. Please help save my sanity...
