A parent asks our group: I would like to ask if anyone else has a child who expresses inappropriate emotions. My 9yr old daughter has CP, communication difficulties, Sensory Issues and Absence Epilepsy. When she does something that upsets me, eg. hit me, bite me, she laughs when I reprimand her. I find this very hard to deal with at times. I send her to her room and she continues to laugh. She comes back to say sorry but is smiling. I know she cant help it, but it isnt getting any better the older she gets.
