A parent asks our group: My son is 2 and has not been diagnosed with spd yet, we have a appointment set for 2-14-14 for testing for asd/spd, we are getting ot twice a week along with pt,speech,developmental and behavioral and feeding, the main question is how do you handle getting hair cuts for kids with spd? My son HATES his head being touched and will not sit still for hair cut, his ears have been accidentally nicked by clippers a few times and his hair was butchered with scissors.. Does anyone have any tips?
