A poem tittled: { STOP DISTORTING SALAFIYYAH } by the pen of my brother Al-Faqeer Ath-Thibyanee Assalafee Have you ever tasted the sweetness of Salafiyyah? It is the way of Al-Firqatun Naajiyah [the saved sect], No innovations, nor fanaticism nor Hizbiyyah, Strictly adhering to the Qur’aan and As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyyah, But nowadays, some people are distorting Salafiyyah, They ascribe to it but they practice asubtle Hizbiyyah, They say “we follow the proof” but they implement Asabiyyah [fanaticism], They bleat “Ibn Sereen said” but they applaud individuals who have noAhliyyah [competence], They travel long distances begging scholars for Tazkiyah [commendation], And they forgot that it only comes from the Lord of Al-Bariyyah [creatures], When you see them, you do not see knowledge, rather remnants ofJaahiliyyah, They reiterate “our Shaykh said this” andthat is the way of As-Soofiyyah, Have they forgotten that everyone’s statement can either be taken or left without Asabiyyah? To say other than the Prophet is infallible, this is the aqeedah of Al-imaamiyyah [Shia], O brothers of Yusuf, stop distorting Salafiyyah! You have helped no one but the Khawaarij and As-Surooriyyah, They are rejoicing the fruits of your actions blatantly without Taqiyyah [occultation], Abandon this subtle hizbiyyah and enter whole heartedly in Salafiyyah, Do not neglect seeking knowledge and strive to learn Al-Arabiyyah, Love those whom you do not know and adorn yourself with Al-Aadaabush- Shar’iyyah, Stop reading qeel wa qaal, memorize thebook of Allaah and Al-Arba’een An- Nawawiyyah, Increase in worship, fast three days amonth, read the daily Athkaar and Ad’iyah, Remember the saying of Al-Albaanee, the solution is through Tasfiyah and Tarbiyah, That is the Wasatiyyah [middle way], no Hizbiyyah, nor Asabiyyah, I ask Allaah to keep us steadfast upon As- Salafiyyah, Was-salaam.
