A post two days in a row, wow, but dont expect it. Just wanted to share my fun day. LOL. It started out ok. Delivered in Suffolk, picked up in Chesapeake, and now Im heading westward. Yea! Before hitting Richmond, figured I should get something to eat since my diet had been protein bars and trail mix for 2 days. Of course the Pilot only had hot dogs and sausages, so I grabbed a couple corn dogs and headed down the road. Little did I know that they now make jalapeno and cheese dogs. Well, I forced one down and told my stomach to be thankful. It wasnt too much longer before I found myself in the I-95 traffic heading into Washington, DC. Gotta love it. Slow down, speed up, crawl, dont hit the crazy driver pulling right in front of me. Geez. Next time I complain about US and State Highways, remind me of Interstate traffic in the Northeast. Ill take the narrow, winding, hilly roads any day compared to todays mess. Why would people want to live here anyway? The good news is, Im finally heading west away for all that traffic and parked at a truck stop with a Perkins. Finally a good meal! Now it is bed time.
