Colonel Barry Wingard: - Fayiz and Fawzi suspended their hunger strike during Ramadan, although the majority of Guantánamo Bay prisoners are still on hunger strike. - The diminished number of hunger strikers has nothing to do with the humanitarian efforts of GTMO prison camp officials. - Fayiz and Fawzi hope they will celebrate Ramadan in Kuwait next year.
