A quick clip from yesterdays morning training. Ive slacked recently on the bodyweight side of things so yesterday consisted of 6 sets of flag 3 each side, 4 x 2 one arm pull ups, weighted rope pull ups then a quick WOD that involved handstand walk for 1 minute, pistols for 1 minute and strict toe to bar for 1 minute then 1 minute rest x 5. If you would like to take your training up a notch and make huge improvements with your relative strength then we can wright you programs tailored to each individual that will get you to your goals no matter what stage you are starting at. Keep working hard tribe and greasing the groove, practice makes perfect.
