A reader asks: My 13 month old son has become a very fussy eater. As much as ive tried, hes never really enjoyed baby led/ finger food and always preferred mashed off a spoon. Recently he has decided that he doesnt even fancy this. All he wants is his milk. He was even drinking this from a beaker but is now back to a bottle as he was even refusing that. Im at my wits end as all he is having is milk and oven chips (the only solid hes not turning his nose at). Im so scared hes going to miss out on all the vitamins and nutrients he needs. Every meal time is a disaster as as soon as he sits in the high chair, he has a fit and screams till dinner is over and he gets his milk. I am so stressed and worried sick. I am on my own with my baby and 4 yr old all week as my husband works away and I have next to no support. How do I help my son develope a healthy eating habit? x Thankyou x
