A recent site plan of Westmoreland Mall. Two things strike me as interesting. One, the Bon-Ton anchor has a note indicating a possible expansion of some kind. Two, the parking deck is also noted indicating either an expansion to the existing garage or a brand new parking structure to be built on the Sears lot which would concur with an expansion of Bon-Ton. This makes me wonder whether the store itself is viable enough to warrant any further expansion or if the mall has a different plan up their sleeves which may involve new retail.
